In 1987 Steve Bender first made the Rabbit Wand. Soon after he followed this with a Clown Wand. In 2003, he improved the quality of both of these wands. And now we are proud to present his third wand in the collection: The Little Magician Wand. If you want, you can now give the spectator a choice, “Would you like me to turn you into a Rabbit, a Clown Helper or a Little Magician.” It’s good to have options.
This is an effect that’s good for a laugh and great at parties for picture taking. All you need do is let the Wand fall and aim it so that the helper’s head, which fits into the hole. The Wand is 18″ by 48″. It was made this size so that it can easily fit inside a Suitcase Table.
In the presentation you call up a spectator or if its a birthday party, you use the birthday child. “How would you like me to turn you into a Little Magician so that you can help me with what I do next. This is going to happen so fast you’ll find it hard to believe.” Now take out the rolled up Little Magician Wand. “First, I’m going to touch you one time on your nose with the wand and I want you to wiggle your nose twice.” (You wiggle your nose so your spectator can imitate your nose wiggle.) “Now stand tall and smile. No laughing. This is the moment of change. I shall touch you on the top of your head three times and say, “Abby, Dabby, Do.” (Or whatever you wish to say.) “And then you will become The Little Magician.” I lightly touch him (her) three times and then release the wand for laughs and pictures.
Enjoy!
