An ordinary wand instantly changes into a feather duster. Hand the wand to your assistant. Then say, “Everyone is watching you, so you need to look your best.” Retrieve wand, change it instantly to a feather duster, and begin to dust him off. Then tickle him under his arm. Once you start, all the kids want to be “cleaned off.” Great for walkaround because its a visual joke that allows you to interact with lots of people. Makes kids laugh automatically (you are tickling them!) and resets instantly.
This is an original Silly Billy wand.
Colors subject to in-stock.
