The magician shows two handkerchiefs and ties them together. The knotted ends are held by a spectator or placed in a glass or other receptacle. A third handkerchief is shown and made to vanish. The handkerchiefs are pulled from the spectator’s hands and magically the previously vanished silk handkerchief appears tied in between them!
